Vintage clothing curators participate in the A+M Show by invitation from Melissa Carter. Melissa is a leading voice in sustainable style. As the founder of Kameo Vintage, Melissa seamlessly blends luxury fashion with accessible style, creating elevated, timeless looks that are rooted in sustainability. Mentored by legendary costume designer Patricia Field, Melissa was hand-picked to curate the vintage collection for Field's Art to Wear boutique in New York's Lower East Side. She also travels regularly to Paris, New York, and Martha's Vineyard to showcase her curated collections. Melissa styles musical talent and influential figures in and around Chicago, solidifying her reputation as a go-to stylist. She has been featured by WGN, FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, Sheridan Road, NS Magazine, and CS Magazine. Melissa also serves on the Chicago Costume Council, helping to host the prestigious Men's Fashion Awards, and sits on Josselyn's Auxiliary Board, supporting community mental health initiatives.
