Self-Defense Training for Adults, Teens, and Youth
Working with a partner, you will learn the techniques taught in class, including defenses against armed and unarmed attackers; single/multiple attackers; standing, sitting, ground techniques; and rape defense/prevention. Learn to anticipate and avoid potentially dangerous situations and how to defend yourself against a physical attack including; grabs, punches, chokes, bear hugs, headlocks, kicks, knives, guns, and more from a much bigger and stronger attacker.
Pickleball is played and enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. The game was created in the mid-1960s as a children’s backyard game but is now popular among adults as well. Pickleball is played by two or four players who hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a WIFFLE ball, over a net with solid wood or composite paddles.
