Self-Defense Training for Adults, Teens, and Youth
Working with a partner, you will learn the techniques taught in class, including defenses against armed and unarmed attackers; single/multiple attackers; standing, sitting, ground techniques; and rape defense/prevention. Learn to anticipate and avoid potentially dangerous situations and how to defend yourself against a physical attack including; grabs, punches, chokes, bear hugs, headlocks, kicks, knives, guns, and more from a much bigger and stronger attacker. This class could save your life.
Pickleball is played and enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. The game was created in the mid-1960s as a children’s backyard game but is now popular among adults as well. Pickleball is played by two or four players who hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a WIFFLE ball, over a net with solid wood or composite paddles.
