60 MINUTES:
1 Session – Member: $75 / Non-Member: $93
5 Sessions – Member: $365 / Non-Member: $455
10 Sessions – Member: $700 / Non-Member: $880

30 MINUTES: 
1 Session – Member: $45 / Non-Member: $63
5 Sessions – Member: $215 / Non-Member: $305
10 Sessions – Member: $400 / Non-Member: $580

If you are a NEW member, you receive two FREE Start Strong Personal Training sessions! These sessions are yours to use however you would like - to learn equipment or new exercises, ask questions, and/or take your workout to the next level! Start Strong sessions may be used once in the lifetime of a Fitness Center member; returning members are not eligible for additional sessions.
