Don't make exercise a chore — spice it up! Group X fitness offers a variety of formats to keep you motivated and feeling healthy! Our wide variety of structured fitness activities is designed to help you meet your personal goals, while our instructors inspire and motivate you to change or continue healthy fitness-related behaviors.
Classes are open to members and non-members 14 years of age and older. Walk-ins are welcome.

Pilates Stretch — Half Pilates core class, half ballet barre stretching
Arms/Shoulder Express — Fast-paced, 30-minute class using mat and ball work
WERQ — Dance fitness set to R&B and Hip Hop music
Strength — Exercises using weights, tubing, fitness balls, and floor work
Cardio Intervals — Combination of strength and cardio exercises
Cardio Pump — 45 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of stretching
Cardio and Strength — Strengthening the entire body through core exercises
Vinyasa Yoga — Flow through yoga poses; all skill levels welcome
ABSolute Sculpt — Half abs, half body sculpt, low impact
Total Body Conditioning — Exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance
Strength & Stretch -Functional movements incorporating a variety of equipment followed by total body stretching
Body Works-This class uses light weights, high repetitions with a full range of motion

Payment is made through punch cards. The fees are as follows:
