Reporting to the President, the Director of Advancement will lead all philanthropic initiatives at the Community House, including stewardship, major gifts, annual fund appeals, foundation and corporate grants, and any staff-led fundraising events. Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is the lead maintenance role on our staff team. It’s a great opportunity for someone who truly enjoys working with others and interacting with volunteers, program participants, and community members – and has strong facility management experience, of course. This role supervises full-time and part-time staff and ensures that the organization’s facilities and grounds are clean, well maintained, set up appropriately for scheduled activities, and ready to welcome the community.

Maintenance Worker
Routine cleaning and maintenance of facility: including day-to-day janitorial tasks to include: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, garbage pick-up, table and chair cleaning, bathroom cleaning, toilet spillage, and periodic needs such as floor waxing. · Maintenance of grounds, including entryway sidewalks (all seasons). · Completion of repairs as needed. · Maintenance of facility equipment, in terms of preventative procedures for electrical, kitchen appliances, plumbing. · Completion of janitorial and cleaning projects as assigned. · Depending on assigned shifts, daily opening, and lock-up of building.
